Cancellation Policies

Dear Customer,

Upon booking, the following conditions are considered accepted:
 - The pension price starts from check-in and ends with breakfast on the departure day.
 - Meals not consumed will not be deducted from the bill.
 - Rooms are available to arriving guests from 2:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the departure day (if the guest keeps the room beyond 11:00 AM, the price of an additional day will be charged).
 - Umbrella and sunbeds, when included in the quotations, are assigned on the arrival day directly by the affiliated beach establishment within the second sector (from the 7th row upwards towards the bar).
 - The beach service does not include the departure day.
 - In case of early departure, the guest is required to pay a penalty equal to 3 nights*.
 - In case of late arrival, compared to the date confirmed by the booking confirmation, the guest is required to pay for the nights for each day of absence*.
 - The booking is considered binding upon receipt of a deposit, sent within the number of days required during the quote stage and necessarily followed by our written confirmation.
 - In case of cancellation by the guest, the deposit will be treated according to the cancellation policy indicated at the time of booking.

* The cost of each overnight stay depends on the occupied room.
